Full-Time Loan Officer

Licensed in VA, NC, GA, or MD

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer

  • Active NMLS license in VA, NC, GA, or MD (multiple states a plus)

  • Proven ability to self-source business and build a referral relationships

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, Realtors, and partners

  • Organized, responsive, and committed to exceptional client experience

  • Highly consistent Mortgage related/social media presence and activity

  • Tech-comfortable (CRM, LOS, e-sign)

  • Strong knowledge of loan products: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and refinances
